I mean I'm losing 1lb a week, and its been 8 weeks so woah!!! 8 pounds!!! πΈππ½
Learn to eat enough food, healthy foods, not junky foods, smalls meals for that metabolism. And move everyday. Do some jumping jack,ect. π Dont worry ππππππππππππππππΈ
