Day 1 and 4: breakfast: one piece of toast; coffee/tea; fruit Lunch:one piece of toast; coffee/tea; veggies Supper: 3 ounces of meat; fruit; veggies
2 and 5 Breakfast: 1 egg; one piece of toast; fruit Lunch: 1 egg; crackers; bun Supper: fruit; veggies;2-3 ounces of meat
Day 3 and 6 Breakfast: fruit; crackers Lunch:one piece of toast; 1 egg Supper: fruit and 1/2 cup tuna
Day 7 Breakfast: 1 egg;one piece of toast; coffee Lunch: veggies; tea Supper: whatever
Remember to keep a healthy and well balanced diet after so you don't gain it back!
