EASIEST WAY TO CURL HAIR WITH NO HEAT? WORKS WITH DRY OR DAMP HAIR!

This is me after I finished curling my hair with no absolute heat!
TUTORIAL:
1: section your hair into two parts
2: on the right side take that first section and twist it. Twist it really tight.
3: now on the left side you do the same twist it tight
4: tie the two twists together with a hair ti

After you tied them together leave them in for about thirty minutes but if you leave them in longer the longer the better. Once you take out the hair tie go through your hair with your fingers and apply hair oil to finish it up.
