Easy Breakfast Bake That I Made Up :)

So this is how I made a easy breakfast bake it turned out really good first thing you get these shredded potatoes shown in the picture like 3 cups . Add a few eggs to the shredded potatoes in a bowl ( 3 eggs ) I added some seasonings pinch salt pepper and mr. Dash

Next mix in a bowl really well, get a pan put the mixture in a Greased pan) so it doesn't stick now add thin slices of ham from the deli, sausage, or bacon yummm, next step add shredded cheddar cheese put in oven at 400 degrees bake , for 10 min then enjoy make it for Christmas morning:)
