EXTREMELY easy nail art: Dripping Paint
Paint your nails so they are white
Use a dotting too to make a Line across the tip of your nail. If you don't have a dotting tool, check out my "how to make a dotting tool" tip
Take your dotting too and drag some nail polish down to the length you want. Have about three lines of dripping paint.
