Easy Parmesan & Cream Cheese Pasta Sauce

1 (8 ounce) package of cream cheese
1/2 cup of milk
Black pepper
Pepper flakes (optional)
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
Dash of nutmeg
Heat in a sauce pan. Low heat so it doesn't burn combine all ingredients. Add to your favourite pasta. Yumminess!
