Easy Shrimp Scampi

(If you're using fresh shrimp be sure to shell and de-vein them) start by giving the shrimp a good rinse. Then lay them out on a paper towel to dry a bit.

Melt some butter. Amounts vary depending on how much shrimp you have, you can always melt/add more butter

On the bottom of your pan, before you add any shrimp or butter, sprinkle garlic, onion, and some fresh cracked black pepper so it looks kind if like this. You want more garlic than onion.

Place your shrimp on top of your seasoning mixture and sprinkle more of that same mix on top.

Do not preheat the oven! Set shrimp, uncovered, on top shelf and turn the oven on. Bake at 425 until.........
