Want to loose weight but don't really know a good way how? TRY TEA!!! If you go one day just drinking tea, you will definitely loose weight. Tea is good for you in so many ways. And I've done it for 3 days straight and lost 3 pounds. It really works. Try it!
I would recommend unsweetened so
you don't gain anything.
Drink chamomile or pumpkin spice.
( those worked best for me.)
