Easy Ways On How I Lost Weight

Start by cleaning out your fridge. I just took everything out and checked and said to my self "is this healthy?". While your at it you should also clean the fridge.

Next, I made a list of healthy foods I'm eating the next days or weeks. Include snacks, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Then go shopping ASAP

Soon start planning exercise times. Don't set goals you know you can't achieve. Don't say 2 hours if you are a very busy person. 15 worked just fine. If you are going to do a short time like 15 minutes make it the best 15 workout minutes ever. And drink lots and lots of water

Now take it from there remember take baby steps and think before you do something. Also set realistic goals! 😊
