Quorn is a great substitute for meat.
It's made from Mycoprotein. Mycoprotein is A Healthy Protein source that is meat-free and is also a good source of dietary fibre. It is naturally low in fat and saturated fat.



In my opinion, there is not much difference in taste between quorn and meat.
There's also fewer calories and cholesterol too!
Most meals you make with meat can be substituted with quorn so you're not really missing out on much -except the fat :)
