Excellent Appetizer Or Side Dish: Bacon Wrapped Chicken Bites

Fast and easy recipe for parties holidays events quick dinner bites etc.

1. Cut chicken into one inch squares.

2. Mix one cup brown sugar with 3/4 TBS chili powder. (Add more or less chili powder to taste but try first)

3. Cut bacon into thirds or halves enough to fully wrap around chicken. If you have toothpicks you can use smaller pieces of bacon. If you don't use larger pieces and completely wrap bacon around itself.

4. Roll bacon around chicken and stick in toothpick if needed. ROLL INTO BROWN SUGAR CHILI POWDER MIXTURE AS MICH AS DESIRED. As it bakes it turns into a glaze on it's own.
Put on broiling pan or cookie sheet lined with foil in oven for thirty minutes at 350 degrees.

The possibilities for modification are endless. Wrap a potato, add cream cheese to the chicken, jalapeño, whatever you desire. A good sweet treat with enough salt and sweet to make the perfect combo
