Use Orange and gold shades on the top lid to make blue eyes 'Pop'
Use 3 shades and blend! A thin line of eyeliner is enough to contrast the orange!
Bring a lighter orange all the way up to the eyebrow then blend so it's subtle! Pale beige coal on the water line makes eyes appear bigger!
