To have a stomach as nice as this you have to have will power! I see so many tips saying get a flat stomach with these ab workouts. WRONG! U CAN NOT flatten ur stomach by doing ab exercises! U will only achieve muscle but it'll be hidden by ur layers of fat! So to get rid of it and show ur muscle...

You have to eat healthy all day everyday! No sugar, no sticky carbs, no fast food, no chips or any kind of junk food! Drink water all day8-10 glasses a day!

You also need to burn the fat with cardio! At least 25 minutes 4-5 days a week of intense cardio!
