Fast And Easy DIY Cream Eyeshadow

Ingredients:
-Any color pigments or eyeshadows
-Petroleum Jelly or Vaseline
-Container to put eyeshadow in
-Something to stir with
Instructions:
Add equal parts of the eyeshadow/pigment and petroleum jelly/Vaseline and mix thoroughly. Done! :)
