Fast & Delicious High Protein Breakfast Or Anytime Snack

This is so simple. Mash 1 1/2 bananas and add 2 large (or 3 small) eggs and 3 tablespoons of finely ground almond meal. Use coconut oil in pan. Cook as you would pancakes.

I used all organic ingredients.

Top with any fruit, dark chocolate chips and a little agave. Even cinnamon is yummy. Enjoy!
