Fiber Flush Green Tea

Tbsp of Chia Seeds
2 Cups hot water
1 Green Tea bag
1 slice lemon
1 tsp of sliced ginger
1 tsp of honey 
Dash of Cayenne Pepper
Tbsp of Chia Seeds
2 Cups hot water
1 Green Tea bag
1 slice lemon
1 tsp of sliced ginger
1 tsp of honey
Dash of Cayenne Pepper
Cure for over eating during the holidays. It helps with bloating and indigestion. You can drink 3 servings in one day when over indulging. You can also do a serving daily, but not 3 every day.
