Foil Wrapped Salmon With Rosemary And Lemon
Ingredients: -1 lemon finely sliced -1 whole side of salmon -1/4 cup of olive oil -3 tbsp of rosemary leaves -1 tbsp of pepper -3 tbsp of salt
What you need: -a stove to bake -a small mixing bowl -a cutting board -a knife -a brush -foil -a baking pan
Directions: -rub salt into the salmon -cut salmon into steaks -take foil for each of the steaks and make sure there's enough surface area to wrap the steaks in -set each of the steaks on a foil -combine pepper, olive oil, and rosemary leaves to a small bowl -brush mixture on to the salmon steaks evenly ( you should use all of the mixture) -place 2 lemon slices on salmon -fold the foil over steaks making sure you can't see the salmon -place them on baking sheet and preheat oven to 425F -bake salmon for 15 minutes or until cooked through -serve immediately
