Despite how it sounds, fruit juice is not as good for you as you may think! SUGAR is a main contributor to making you fat! Sugar turns right to fat when we put too much in our bodies. Check it out: One 8oz cup of juice has 30g of sugar!! And a soda has 28g! That's outrageous. Ideally we should be consuming no more than 40g of sugar per day. Avoid disguised forms of sugar named: corn syrup, dextrose, fructose, juice concentrate, matodextrin, raw sugar, and brown sugar. Sugar is sugar no matter what it is called, and it all does the same thing to your body.
The fix: Homemade lemonade! Real lemons, water, and stevia. 👍 Kombucha is also another great choice!

Another unsuspecting offender! There are 3 main compounds that hurt your metabolism: Gluten = inflammation Starch = Turns to sugar quickly which, as we know, is a big contributor to fat! Phytic acid = Inhibits you from digesting most of the minerals and vitamins from whole grains
The fix: more fruits and veggies!! Replace your daily grain intake with these.
