Those were some results (not my own)from a program by Jillian michaels called 30 days shred. It's a program in which you do level 1 for 10 days level 2 for 10 days and then level 3 for 10 days. All of these videos can be found on YouTube .
I tried this program personally about a year ago and lost 12 pounds! I was also very conscious of what I was eating .
Go to YouTube and search "30 day shred" level 1 2 or 3 should come up ;) enjoy
