Fresh Fruit Spring Rolls
Ingredients needed:
  1. 6 rice papers
  2. 1/2 mango
  3. 1/4 melon
  4. 1 apple
  5. 12 raspberries
  6. juice of 1/2 lime
  7. fresh mint leaves
  8. granulated sugar

How to:

  • Cut the mango and the melon and peel it. Peel the apple. Cut the fruit in julienne and sprinkle with lime juice.
  • Soak the rice paper for half minute, then drain and put on flat surface. Fill with fruits and a few mint leaves. Wrap the rice paper (see the pictures below).
  • Grind the sugar wit a few mint leaves in the mortar.
  • Serve the fresh spring rolls cut in half with some mint sugar.
