Make the Nature Valley bar crumb crust and bake for 20 minutes. Let cool. Then divide in half and set aside.

Combine the ingredients to make the cream mixture. Chop strawberries and fold gently into the mix.

Coat the bottom of an 8x8" pan with 1/2 of the crumb crust, pour the cream mix in and coat the top with the remaining crumb crust.
