Frozen Strawberry Crunch Cake

A creamy frozen treat made with fresh strawberries and topped with crunchy Nature Valley granola bars. Easy to make and perfect for a hot summer day! 12 pieces

Make the Nature Valley bar crumb crust and bake for 20 minutes. Let cool. Then divide in half and set aside.

Combine the ingredients to make the cream mixture. Chop strawberries and fold gently into the mix.

Coat the bottom of an 8x8" pan with 1/2 of the crumb crust, pour the cream mix in and coat the top with the remaining crumb crust.

Cover and freeze for three hours. Enjoy!!!
