GET YOUR BIKINI BODY QUICK! Part II ZUMBA BASIC STEPS TUTORIALS

Always begin with a warm up! This is separate to any Zumba music or dance style! The song should be upbeat and more fitness/aerobic movements! Also, this is not something to memorize--changes up a lot so just follow what you see the instructor doing as you go! This is a great example of a warm up!!!
She covers the 4 *original basic dances & steps: Merengue, Salsa, Cumbia & Reggaeton. Each of these has 3 BASIC steps but in choreo there are more added! Since 2012/13--Zumba began to change....here are SOME other dance styles and basics...
These combination of dance styles are geared toward more Soca/Calypso/Reggar/African dances...however it is a fusion! A lot of routines now WILL be a fusion such as reggaeton with calypso or salsa and soca etc. This style you would need to just follow the routine and go with it more than learn basic
This style is a mixture of Bollywood type of dance...some belly dance moves and so forth! Cumbia is in a sense pre pre belly dance so now there are more of THESE STYLES and some belly dance MOVES as opposed to Cumbia..
She is AMAZING! This is a diff tutorial---this is Soca mixed in with some reggae steps etc and she does a fitness warm up (strictly for only this style of dance) then does the dance and cool down only for this dance! This in itself is a great workout if you want to do the entire thing!
I picked parts that are used from belly dancing in Zumba...but it's not pure belly dance there is a slight difference...move 1...
Move 2 belly dance used in Zumba. I actually was a belly dance teacher (and some other styles as well as Zumba) so this is only used in Zumba real belly dance is taught differently (may make a tutorial on that lol) but this is used a lot ESP this step
Basic breakdown of calypso
COOL DOWN! Done at the end of each Zumba workout whether it's the typical hour Zumba or the "rush" aka cut back to 30min! Music is very chill and mellow does not have to be Zumba related (mine rarely are) and a lot of stretching! Mine are slightly diff but this is a good example!
OK SO...Those are the basic steps for the Zumba dance styles most used today! Zumba is actually taught 70% Zumba (music the style etc) and 30% other (can be ANY form of dance fitness---or a massive fusion! I usually do hip hop more toward fitness and dance more hip hop belly dance or Cuban salsa)
THIS IS PART II, MAKE SURE YOU WATCH MY PART I BIKINI BODY POST TO KNOW THE BASIC TECHNIQUES AND POSITIONS AND TRICKS TO USE THROUGHOUT EACH SINGLE DANCE STYLE YOU DO TO GET THE FULL WORKOUT!!!! Also shoes: make sure they're sneakers (flat on bottom even converse) or jazz shoes!
I will upload part III when I decide how I want to do it lol...it will be more of a playlist but instead of posting 13-16 ROUTINES like a typical class I'll figure out a diff way to go around it for beginners and then do a part IV so forth! ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT ANY STEPS PLEASE ASK ME!!!!!!
