Garlic Lemon Shrimp

1 clove garlic
Pinch chili flakes
1 table spoon lemon juice
16 ounces of pasta
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup pasta water
Tablespoon butter
1lb shrimp


Bring water to a boil and cook pasta, save  about 1 cup of pasta water.

In a pan cook garlic til soft, add shrimp, chili flakes, salt and pepper

Cook shrimp til almost done. Add the 1 cup water and bring to a simmer add squeeze of lemon juice and let reduce by half.

Remove from heat and stir in butter.

Add shrimp and sauce to pasta, mix well serve pasta with fresh parsley and Parmesan cheese if desired.
