Do these as much as possible, they really aren't that hard, if you are watching the tv then why not do it then?

This does really help😊

When you sleep you actually lose weight, not allot but it does really help😊so if you find it hard to sleep, here are some tips

I do this allot with foods that contain allot of fat
Don't eat anything after 6 o'clock as your body is starting to relax and if you don't exorcize you will end up gaining more weight
30 minutes before you go to bed and 30 minutes after you have woken up, put a thick lair of honey and a teaspoonful of cinnamon in a mug, then fill it up with boiling water and stir until the honey has mixed in completely, it tastes great and helps with the burning of fat throughout the day and night😊
