1.Wash and rinse your hair as normal. Scoop 1/2 cup to 1 cup of yogurt; the amount you use depends on your hair length and thickness. Vigorously massage the plain yogurt into your scalp, working it down to the ends of your hair. Stand out of the shower stream for at least 10 to 15 minutes. Rinse the yogurt out with cool water. Repeat weekly

1.Boil 1 cup of water. Steep fresh thyme or sage in the water. Strain out the herb and let the water cool. Mix the herb infusion with 2 tablespoons of vinegar. Shampoo and rinse your hair, using about 1/2 of your normal amount of shampoo. Pour the vinegar and herb infusion mixture over your head. Use this as your final rinse; do not rinse the vinegar off. Repeat 1 time every 2 weeks
