Get The Most Of Your Workout

When working out, do it immediately before bed when you are feeling tired, you burn twice the calories during this time and your body begins to immediately rebuild stronger muscles you were working out while you're sleeping.

Doing this will leave you with the burn you feel after long workouts. Its effective without taking an entire hour out of your day to do it. Do 50 before bed for 1 week and have a more perky butt (or abs it you are doing crunches) I love this. It's like a cheat to a more friendly work out!!
