Having nice abs and a rocking waist is a must at this time and well who doesn't want to have one 🙌🏼 follow this routine and get what you want surely before hitting the beach for summer ☀️🌴 COMMINTMENT IS REQUIRED
You can start off by doing some cardio or just following some of my other workouts ... Make your own working out routine 😌👊🏼 set your time and place and LET'S GET STARTED !

side side side - 30 each side ( count doubles )

side lunges : these could also help on your butt 30 each side ( count doubles )

side plank - hold for a minute 🤗 BOTH SIDES

front prank - 1 minute 😊

mountain climbers - 30 each side 💕 count doubles

russian twist - 30 each side count doubles

cruches - 30 each side

leg raises - 30 each leg !
REPEAT x2 💖
REMEMBER : "HARD WORK PAYS OFF "
