Glow In The Dark Bubbles !

All you need is glow in the dark highlighters, a black light and bubbles. Cut open the highlighter at the top and take out a little pocket thing. Pour the liquid into the bubbles. Mix it up and turn the black light on. Now you have glow in the dark bubbles ! Please like, share and follow ! 😘
