Simple & effective tips for maintaining and keeping healthy, beautiful, glowing skin.
Exfoliate & Restore Shine
What You Need:
1 tbsp. Almond Oil
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Lemon Juice
4-6 drops Essential Oils
What to Do:
Mix together until pasty and gently scrub skin for 5-10 minutes, then rinse with lukewarm water. Exfoliate away dead skin cells and leaves your skin with a radiant glow.
Oily Skin Fix
Items Needed:
1/2 cup Dried Oats.
1 tbsp. Plain Greek Yogurt
1 tbsp. Honey
1 tbsp. Brown Sugar
1 tsp Lemon Juice (Optional)
Essential Oils
What to Do:
Mix together and apply to face, body, arms & legs and gently massage skin.
Rinse after 5 minutes using cool water and pat dry with a soft towel.
Leaves your skin cleansed and moisturized. Repeat 1-2 times a month.
