Great Fast Power Breakfast

Ingredients
1/4 cup steel cut oats
3/4 cup water
1 banana
Hand full of blanched almonds
Add cinnamon to taste
In a small sauce pan boil 3/4 cup of water. When water boils add your 1/4 cup of steel cut oats. Turn heat down to a simmer and cover cook for 4-6 mins. Stir occasionally.
After oat meal is cooked let it sit for one minute. add bananas, almonds, and cinnamon then serves. This is so amazing and very fast...yum!!!
