Green Tea Helps You Lose Weight
Green tea is a key ingredient to weight loss, I lose at least 2 pounds a week from drinking 5 or more cups. I've been doing this since January and I've lost a stone and a half but you have to eat healthy in order for it to work. Not too healthy but eating less junk food than normal!😊
