Green Tea + Peppermint Body Scrub

Are you up for soft & healthy summer skin ALL over? This green tea sugar scrub is for you, and for all skin types. This scrub works best when it detoxifies your skin and keeps you going throughout the day. Let's jump right in and learn how to make it!

First, you want to combine the ingredients you see above in a bowl: 2 cups of plain sugar, 3/4 cup of oil (olive oil, coconut oil and vegetable oil are all perfect for this), 2 little bags of plain green tea (don't get them wet!), and 10 drops of peppermint essential oil (this is totally optional.)

And you're done! You can store this scrub in your shower for up to 2 weeks. I didn't have room to list epsom salts, but if you're out of it, that's fine. You can substitute for sea salts (not table salt!) or you can just leave it out. If you are using epsom salt or sea salt, stick in 1/4 cup of it.
