Green weight loss smoothie

Here is an amazing green smoothie that I drink everyday instead of my breakfast. It is really effective and helps alot.

First, put some spinach in the blender.

Then, put some raw maca powder. Don't worry about the measurements.

Then put chia seeds.

If you want, you cqn put flax seeds instead. Don't put both together in one smoothie.

Pour some fresh orange juice.

Fresh bananas.

Put Frozen mango chunks.

Last, put frozen sliced peaches.
