Grow 3-4 Inches Of Hair In One Week!

Have you ever wanted to grow your hair 3-4 or more inches in a week? It isn't impossible! it only requires a little bit of your time to grow it super long! If you have a bad haircut, in just 1 week it will be longer, stronger, and softer. Follow these simple steps for long healthy hair in a week! π

Comb out your hair so there aren't any tangles. It shouldn't be rough. Your hair can be wet or dry.

Warm up olive or coconut oil in a microwavable bowl for around 30 seconds. Use around 2-4 tablespoons depending on your hair length.

Massage the olive oil in your scalp for around a minute. Make sure it covers your whole scalp for best results.

Hang your head upside down. Even though it is uncomfortable, hang that way for 4 minutes. This gets the blood to your head to increase circulation.

Leave the oil in your hair for around 2 hours. This is the length of time that works. If you leave it in longer, it won't make a difference, but this is the suggested time.

Wash your hair with a clarifying shampoo to get rid of the oil. If you don't have a clarifying shampoo, just use a strengthening or your regular one. If you must, condition the ends of your hair so they won't be dry.
Use coconut oil instead of conditioner. When you are showering, scoop some coconut oil into your hand and massage it into the ends of your hair (skip the roots or your hair will look greasy). Get out of the shower and put your hair in a bun. Let sit for 20 minutes or so. Then, rinse out the coconut oil and let hair air-dry.

Let it air dry and repeat this every day for a week!

Eat healthily. Eat mainly fruits, vegetables, nuts, and whole grains. Increase the amount of food with keratin that you eat. It will give you healthy nails, skin, and hair. This will increase your hair's growing potential.

Exercise daily. Hair seems to grow faster on active healthy people. Try walking to school or work a few days a week, as long as you aren't too far. Ride your bike around the neighborhood. Go to the gym. Head to the pool. Play sports. Any physical activity that makes you sweat is good.

Avoid heat and products. Keep hair products to a minimum and only heat style once or twice a week.

Try not to brush your hair too much. To avoid tangles, put your hair in a loose braid or bun at night if you can. If you can't it shouldn't be too knotted. Brush your hair with a boar bristle brush. Also, do not use plastic or metal elastics in your hair.
