To apply:
I take my castor oil , pour some in a hair dye applicator bottle (easier to get on scalp) pour it directly on my scalp and roots section by section. Then, I give my scalp at least a 10 min. Massage (feels so good and stimulates hair follicles ) I leave it in for at least an hour --->
Some times ill even wrap my hair in a hair towel , cover my pillow case with a towel and sleep with it in. Do this at least once a week! If you're Leary, read the hundreds of reviews on the web about it

Since castor oil is thick it can be tricky to get out for some but this is what I do for easy removal:
Hop in shower, condition first, really working it in. Rinse. Then shampoo with my sulphate free shampoo , rinse and condition once again!
Leava me with silky shiny hair too! :)
The brand I purchased was Now Foods. Purchased from a health food store . But I've heard great things about the one I have pictured!
