These are my natural nails. With my next few tips you'll be well on your way to a nice set of your own. Can't stress it enough - what you eat makes a huge difference. You'll want eat better and stop being careless while doing those regular everyday activities!

Adding biotin to your daily routine will have your nails and hair growing long and strong.

Take care of you nails. I like to do manicures every week. Expect to spend at least one hour doing a good manicure. I like to make an at home spa day on the weekends with wine included!

When cleaning your house. Whether it be washing dishes or the tub use rubber gloves. They will protect your nails from the chemicals your using.

Polishing daily or every 2/3 days. Not everyone is going to agree with me in this, but this has worked for me. I use a top coat like Nutranail with green tea or protein coat. This keeps my nails from chipping or breaking.
