NEED:

Vinegar
Lemon juice

You need to mix the olive oil 1/2 cup

You need to then soak the brushes in warm water for ten seconds. Then wipe off,
After they are wiped off rub them in the solution you made and wash them off in cold water.

After washing the brushes in cold water, let them sit on a few paper towels for 30 min. When dried, run them off on a paper towel again to get the residue off and they should be clean and brand new looking (:
