Stay hydrated the night/day before!
Drink a large glass of water before you head to bed, and also drink another glass upon waking!

Coconut water!
It replaces your electrolytes... If you don't like the flavour of coconut water, put some in a smoothie or get a flavoured kind.
Just make sure you stay away from sports drinks... They are no better than alcohol is!

Have your morning cup of joe. Try to keep it under 2 cups though!

Take a pill.

Have some soup. It's not too heavy for a queasy stomach.

Some light exercise will help a bit, if you can manage.

Eat lots of cucumber the day before and the morning after.

Drink a glass of pickle juice!

If all else fails:
Call into work, or cancel your plans and sleep the hangover away.
