Healthier Egg Salad Option!
4 hard boiled eggs(cooked and chopped) 2 heaping table spoons of 0% fat plain Greek yogurt 1 level teaspoon of mayo White onion to taste Salt and pepper to taste Great low calorie alternative to the traditional egg salad recipe. I spread mine on a tortilla instead of sliced bread too!
