Instead of eating crisps which we all know are bad for you get some ( or make your own) sweet potato crisps which are much healthier but still crisps !

Instead of the normal unhealthy chips get some ( or again make your own) sweet potato chips which are healthy and have a nice sweet taste

We all know skipping breakfast is bad for us but so are some breakfast options, why not try gronola which is healthy and tastes nice and can have varies options of different dried fruits with them

We all sometimes have that craving for icecream well no longer feel guilty, switch to a fat free icecream and it's that bit better for you

Make fruit more appealing , by having colourful fruits in a different variety can be oh so nice and of course it's some of your 5 a day
