Put just over a quarter cup of CHILLED sautéed veggies into the egg roll wrapper.

Roll egg rolls, spray a baking sheet with cooking oil, then place and spray the tops of the egg rolls with cooking spray. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and cook for about 10 minutes on each side.
