BreakfastFor breakfast, we are going to mix (depending on how much you want) strawberries, kale, orange juice and some yougurt. Mix it together in a blender. It should be a somewhat liquidity consistency. Next layer it with some vanilla Greek yougurt, and there you go!
LunchFor lunch we are going to have a healthy wrap. Get a tortilla and put some kale, tomatoes, French dressing, chicken (optional), cheddar cheese and avocado, if you have a grill, grill it, if not fry it in a pan until it is crispy!
DinnerMix some pesto sauce with your choice of hole grain pasta, add some tomatoes, chicken (if preferred) and cheese. And you're finished
