Drinking water isn't enough to keep your Hair, Skin, and Nails healthy during the winter.

Avoid products that contain detergents, they remove protective essential oils.

Don't take extra hot showers! During the winter there is less moisture in the air, hot showers only dehydrate the skin.

Moisturizing is extremely important during these frigid months. It helps protect your skins outer layer from winter's wrath.

Applying broadband sunscreen once a day. In the winter, ultraviolet light is 90% as strong as it is in the summer.

If your skin is extra dry, using plain old Vaseline for a couple days should do the trick.

Don't forget about your Hair & Nails! They are made up of the same compounds as skin, and therefore crack in a similar manner.

When nails split 90% of the time it is due to lack of proper moisture.
