Healthy Homemade Crunchy Bars (all natural, low sugar, gluten free, vegan)

2.5oz 85% Cacao Chocolate (or chocolate of choice)
1/4 cup Roasted, Unsalted Peanuts
5 Super Soft Homemade Caramels
2 tbs Natural Peanut Butter
1/4 cup Pretzels (I used gluten free)
1/4 cup Roasted, Unsalted Peanuts
5 Super Soft Homemade Caramels
2 tbs Natural Peanut Butter
1/4 cup Pretzels (I used gluten free)
Melt the chocolate and spoon into 5 chocolate molds. Maneuver the mold around so the chocolate reaches all around the mold to create "walls."
Sprinkle each cavity with peanuts and refrigerate for ~30 minutes, or until firm.
Press a caramel into each cavity, spread the peanut butter over the caramels, then press the pretzels into the peanut butter.
Spoon the rest of the chocolate over the pretzels in each cavity and refrigerate for ~45 minutes, or until completely firm. They are ready to serve!
