Super healthy, I juiced a whole lime( minus the skin) 3 sticks of celery, 2 cups of pineapple, and 3 romaine leaf's. then a dash of pepper and celery for added effects.

Juices can be quite healthy, however just going in a juice diet can be bad for your body. So if your new at juicing, stick to 1 juice a day until your body is used to all of these nutrients/ vitamins. Max of 2 a day!!!
