Healthy Pancakes

Here is the recipe for healthy, 3 serving, 2 ingredient pancakes..

2 eggs...

1 banana
Mash the banana as much as possible in a bowl, then crack and whisk the two eggs in till the mixture is smoothish.
Heat the stove to medium (3/4) and pour the mixture on just as if you were making normal pancakes.
Since were being healthy anyways, make your toppings healthy and low fat so you don't feel sick after.
Use butter rather than margarine.
If you use syrup make it real and regulate your portions.
Use banana slices, apple pieces and berries as toppings and cinnamon without the sugar.
Cinnamon is extremely healthy and a yummy spice.
