Nutella banana sandwhich- craving something sweet but relatively healthy and filling. Take out two pieces of wheat bread, some Nutella or other hazelnut cocoa spread and a banana. Spread Nutella on bread and add banana slices. You can substitute peanut butter for Nutella.

Cheese and crackers- an old favorite returns. Try using multigrain crackers and fresh cheese instead of packaged. I love getting fresh cheese from the farmers market. Serve with fruit.

Yogurt parfait- this breakfast treat us perfect anytime of the day. Just layer yogurt(try non fat or low fat Greek yogurt), fruit(any fruit of your choice) and granola (homemade or store bought). Try different fruits to change it up a little.
