Orange Hocus Pocus Fizz

Pineapple juice + Coconut Extract + white rum and sparkling wine? It’s the perfect party punch. Dress it up for Halloween with Color from Nature™ Food Colors. Sunflower mixed with Berry creates a beautiful pumpkin-orange colored beverage. Chill, serve, savor. Repeat.

• Ingredients

• 1 cup pineapple juice

• 1/2 cup white rum

• 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Coconut Extract

• 1/2 teaspoon Sunflower color from McCormick® Color from Nature™ - Assorted Food Color

• 1/4 teaspoon Berry color from McCormick® Color from Nature™ - Assorted Food Color

• 1 bottle (750 ml) sparkling white wine

• Mix pineapple juice, rum, coconut extract, and the Sunflower and Berry colors in a measuring cup. Chill until ready to serve. 

• For each cocktail, pour 2 ounces pineapple mixture into glass. Top with 4 ounces sparkling wine.
