Wonderful recipe to help with those of you dealing with arthritis and joint pain. Relieves muscle aches and pains and perfect for those who have suffered from knee or wrist injuries.
Items Needed:
Eucalyptus Oil
Wintergreen Oil
Frankincense Oil
Lemongrass Oil
Fractionated Coconut Oil
1 tsp. Arrowroot Powder
Directions:
Mix oils together with fractionated coconut oil and arrowroot powder. Once thoroughly mixed, and transfer to a small tin container with lid for easier storage.
To apply, just swipe two fingers over the top of the mixture and massage affected areas.
Rub in circular motions on knees, wrists and wherever else you are experiencing mild pain or discomfort.
Keep sealed and in a cool, dry place until you are ready to use.
The soothing essential oils are great for keeping the muscles relaxed and you in less pain.
