Ingredients. 

Turmeric 
Water or Milk or Plain yoghurt
Honey

Directions
Mix 1 tsps of turmeric with (your chosen ingredient) water or milk or plain yoghurt, and 2 tsps of honey.  The amount of water, milk or plain yoghurt is what determines consistency of your mask! This should NOT be runny. Flour can be added for consistency if required.

Application & removal. 
Apply all over face or body avoid sensitive areas. Allow to dry. When dry add warm water to moisten the mask, continuing process until all traces of the mask has been removed. Pat your face dry with a towel.

Further removal if necessary. Use cleansing toner and cotton pad to remove any residue.  Alternatively, mix sugar and water creating a scrub, which will remove residue and act as an exfoliator also!!

For skin that is dehydrated or has any patchy peeling areas - use milk instead of water.
